Archived mails in gmail access

Archived emails in Gmail can be accessed in a few ways:

Method 1: Using the Gmail search bar

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the search bar at the top of the page.
  3. Type in:archive and press Enter.
  4. This will show you all the archived emails in your account.

Method 2: Using the Gmail labels

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Labels" tab on the left side of the page.
  3. Click on the "Archived" label.
  4. This will show you all the emails that have been archived.

Method 3: Using the Gmail filters

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab on the left side of the page.
  3. Click on the "Create a new filter" button.
  4. In the "From" field, enter in:archive.
  5. Click on the "Create" button.
  6. This will show you all the archived emails in your account.

Method 4: Using the Gmail API

If you have a Google Developers account and have enabled the Gmail API, you can use the API to access archived emails. You can use the users.messages.list method to retrieve a list of messages, including archived ones, and then use the users.messages.get method to retrieve the contents of each message.

Note: Archiving an email in Gmail moves it out of your inbox and removes it from your search results, but it doesn't delete the email permanently. You can still access archived emails using the methods above, and you can also unarchive them if you need to.
