Beanfield Voice Mail! Here are the common voice mail commands you can use:
Main Menu
- "Hello, you've reached [Your Name]'s voice mail. To leave a message, press 1. To review your messages, press 2. To delete a message, press 3. To repeat the menu, press 4."
- To leave a message, say "1" and follow the prompts.
- To review your messages, say "2" and follow the prompts.
Leaving a Message
- "To leave a message, please record your name and a brief message. When you're finished, hang up or press the pound sign (#)."
- You can record your name and message, then hang up or press the pound sign (#) to end the recording.
Reviewing Messages
- "You have [X] new messages. To listen to a message, press the number of the message. To delete a message, press 3. To repeat the menu, press 4."
- To listen to a message, say the number of the message (e.g., "1" for the first message).
