To block an email address in Windows Live Mail, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Windows Live Mail and go to the "Inbox" folder.
  2. Right-click on an email from the sender you want to block and select "Junk Email" > "Block Sender".
  3. Alternatively, you can also block a sender by going to the "Junk Email" folder and clicking on the "Block Sender" button.
  4. In the "Block Sender" window, select the sender's email address from the list and click "Block".
  5. You can also block a sender by going to the "Tools" menu > "Junk Email" > "Block Sender".
  6. To unblock a sender, go to the "Junk Email" folder and click on the "Unblock Sender" button.

Note: When you block a sender, Windows Live Mail will automatically move any future emails from that sender to the "Junk Email" folder.

Alternatively, you can also block an email address by adding it to the "Blocked Senders" list in the Windows Live Mail settings. To do this:

  1. Go to the "Tools" menu > "Accounts" > "Properties" > "Junk Email".
  2. Click on the "Blocked Senders" tab.
  3. Click on the "Add" button and enter the email address you want to block.
  4. Click "OK" to save the changes.

By blocking an email address, you can help prevent unwanted emails from reaching your inbox and reduce the risk of spam and phishing attacks.
