Block hotmail sender
The nostalgia of Hotmail!
To block a sender in Hotmail (now Outlook.com), follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "Junk" folder
- Log in to your Hotmail account.
- Go to the "Junk" folder.
- Find the email from the sender you want to block.
- Click on the "Junk" button next to the email.
- Click on "Block" to confirm.
Method 2: Using the "More" menu
- Log in to your Hotmail account.
- Open the email from the sender you want to block.
- Click on the "More" menu (three dots) at the top right corner of the email.
- Select "Block" from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm that you want to block the sender.
Method 3: Using the "Settings"
- Log in to your Hotmail account.
- Click on the gear icon () at the top right corner of the page.
- Select "View all Outlook settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Go to the "Mail" tab.
- Scroll down to the "Blocked senders" section.
- Click on "Add a sender" and enter the email address of the sender you want to block.
- Click "Save" to save the changes.
Once you've blocked a sender, any future emails from that sender will be automatically moved to your "Junk" folder.
