Bookmarks in Mail!

In the Mail app on your Mac, bookmarks are a way to save and organize frequently used email addresses, making it easy to quickly send emails to those contacts. Here's how to use bookmarks in Mail:

Creating a Bookmark

  1. Open the Mail app on your Mac.
  2. Compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
  3. Enter the email address of the contact you want to bookmark in the "To" field.
  4. Click on the "Bookmark" button in the toolbar or press Command (⌘) + Shift + B.
  5. A new bookmark will be created and added to your bookmarks list.

Managing Bookmarks

  1. To view your bookmarks, go to the "Mail" menu and select "Bookmarks" or use the keyboard shortcut Command (⌘) + Shift + B.
  2. The Bookmark window will open, displaying a list of your saved bookmarks.
  3. You can sort bookmarks by name, email address, or date created.
