Bookmarks in Mail!
In the Mail app on your Mac, bookmarks are a way to save and organize frequently used email addresses, making it easy to quickly send emails to those contacts. Here's how to use bookmarks in Mail:
Creating a Bookmark
- Open the Mail app on your Mac.
- Compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
- Enter the email address of the contact you want to bookmark in the "To" field.
- Click on the "Bookmark" button in the toolbar or press Command (⌘) + Shift + B.
- A new bookmark will be created and added to your bookmarks list.
Managing Bookmarks
- To view your bookmarks, go to the "Mail" menu and select "Bookmarks" or use the keyboard shortcut Command (⌘) + Shift + B.
- The Bookmark window will open, displaying a list of your saved bookmarks.
- You can sort bookmarks by name, email address, or date created.
- To edit a bookmark, select it and click the "Edit" button.

Using Bookmarks
- To use a bookmark, simply start typing the name of the bookmark in the "To" field, and Mail will suggest the bookmarked email address.

Tips and Variations
- You can also create bookmarks from the "Contacts" tab in the Mail app.
- To create a bookmark from a contact, select the contact and click the "Bookmark" button.
- You can also use bookmarks to quickly send emails to groups of contacts. Simply create a bookmark for the group and use it as you would any other bookmark.
