Method 1: Change your BT Broadband email login using the BT website
- Go to the BT website (www.bt.com) and sign in to your account.
- Click on "My BT" and then select "Email" from the dropdown menu.
- Click on "Manage my email" and then select "Change email login" from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your current email login details and click "Next".
