To manage spam settings for your BT Mail account, follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the BT Mail website
- Log in to your BT Mail account on the BT website.
- Click on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear icon) in the top right corner of the page.
- Select "Spam and junk mail" from the dropdown menu.
- You can then adjust the following settings:
- Spam filter level: Choose from "Low", "Medium", or "High" to determine how aggressively the spam filter blocks emails.
- Whitelist: Add email addresses or domains to a whitelist to ensure that emails from these sources are not marked as spam.
- Blacklist: Add email addresses or domains to a blacklist to block emails from these sources.
- Spam folder: Choose whether to move suspected spam emails to the "Spam" folder or delete them.
