Can i re send mail in the proc folder smartermail

In SmarterMail, the Proc folder is used to process incoming emails that are being forwarded or relayed to another email server. By default, emails in the Proc folder are processed automatically by SmarterMail, and once processed, they are moved to the Sent Items folder.

However, if you need to resend an email from the Proc folder, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your SmarterMail web interface as an administrator.
  2. Go to the Proc folder by clicking on the "Proc" folder in the left-hand menu.
  3. Find the email you want to resend and click on the "More" dropdown menu next to it.
  4. Select "Resend" from the dropdown menu.
  5. In the "Resend Email" window, you can choose to resend the email to the original recipient(s) or to a new recipient(s). You can also choose to modify the subject line, add attachments, or modify the email body.
  6. Click "Resend" to send the email.

Alternatively, you can also use the "Resend" button in the "Emails" tab of the SmarterMail web interface. To do this:

  1. Log in to your SmarterMail web interface as an administrator.
  2. Click on the "Emails" tab in the top menu.
  3. Find the email you want to resend in the list of emails.
  4. Click on the "Resend" button next to the email.
  5. Follow the same steps as above to modify the email and resend it.

Note that when you resend an email from the Proc folder, it will be processed as a new email and will not retain any of the original email's metadata, such as the original send date or time.
