Can u delete a sent mail

The eternal question!

Unfortunately, once you've sent an email, it's generally not possible to delete it from the recipient's inbox. Email is a decentralized system, and once a message is sent, it's out of your control.

However, there are a few scenarios where you might be able to "delete" a sent email:

  1. Undo Send: Some email providers, like Gmail, offer an "Undo Send" feature. This allows you to retract an email within a short period (usually a few seconds) after sending it. To use this feature, you'll need to enable it in your email settings.
  2. Recall: Some email clients, like Microsoft Outlook, offer a "Recall" feature. This allows you to recall an email from the recipient's inbox, but it's not always successful and may not work if the recipient has already read the email.
  3. Request deletion: You can try contacting the recipient and asking them to delete the email. However, this is not a guaranteed solution, as the recipient may not be able to delete the email or may not want to.
  4. Email provider's support: If you're using a web-based email service, you can contact their support team and ask if they can delete the email. Some providers may be able to delete the email from their servers, but this is not always possible.

Keep in mind that once an email is sent, it's out of your control, and there's always a risk that it may be forwarded, copied, or archived by the recipient.
