Can you raise a register mark in mac mail

In macOS Mail, you can raise a flag (also known as a "flag" or "register mark") on an email message to mark it as important or to remind yourself to follow up on it. Here's how:

  1. Open Mail on your Mac.
  2. Select the email message you want to flag.
  3. Click on the "Flag" button in the toolbar or use the keyboard shortcut Cmd + Shift + F.
  4. A flag icon will appear next to the message in the message list.
  5. You can also right-click (or control-click) on the message and select "Flag" from the context menu.

To raise a flag, you can also use the following keyboard shortcuts:

Once you've flagged a message, you can use the "Flagged" filter in the Mail sidebar to view all flagged messages.

Note: You can also customize the flagging behavior by going to Mail > Preferences > General and selecting the "Flagged" option under "Mark as".
