Cats deliver mail in belgium

I think there may be some confusion here!

While cats are amazing animals, they don't actually deliver mail in Belgium or anywhere else in the world. In Belgium, just like in most countries, mail is delivered by humans, specifically postal workers or mail carriers.

However, there is a famous Belgian postal service called "La Poste" that has a special mascot, a cartoon cat named "Monsieur Chat". Monsieur Chat is a beloved character in Belgian culture and is often featured in La Poste's advertising and promotional materials. But, unfortunately, he doesn't actually deliver mail!

So, while cats may be great at napping, pestering their humans for snacks, and looking adorable, they aren't quite suited for the task of delivering mail.
