Incoming Mail:

  2. Content: Only letters, postcards, and photographs are allowed. No packages, magazines, or newspapers.
  3. Security: Mail may be opened and inspected for contraband.
  4. Limitations: No more than 10 pages of written material per envelope.
  5. No cash or checks: Do not send cash, checks, or money orders.

Outgoing Mail:
