To change the delivery option for a Royal Mail parcel, you can follow these steps:

Online

  1. Go to the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) and sign in to your account.
  2. Click on "Track a parcel" and enter your parcel reference number.
  3. Click on "View details" next to your parcel.
