To close an MSN email address, you'll need to follow these steps:

Method 1: Delete the account through the Microsoft Account settings

1. Go to the Microsoft Account website (account.microsoft.com) and sign in with your MSN email address and password.
2. Click on your profile picture or initials in the top right corner, then select "Account" from the dropdown menu.
3. Click on "Security" from the menu on the left.
4. Scroll down to the "Sign-in, security, and password" section.

Method 2: Delete the account through the Outlook.com settings

1. Go to the Outlook.com website (outlook.com) and sign in with your MSN email address and password.

3. Click on "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom of the page.
4. Scroll down to the "Account" section.
5. Click on "Account settings" next to "Account".

Important notes:

• Closing your MSN email account will also close your Outlook.com account, as they are linked.
