Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Courier Mail Server to join our team. As a Courier Mail Server, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and secure delivery of mail and packages to our customers. You will work closely with our logistics team to coordinate the pickup and delivery of mail and packages, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up mail and packages from various locations, including post offices, businesses, and residential areas
• Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and customer signatures
• Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to delivery
• Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate the pickup and delivery of mail and packages
• Ensure that all mail and packages are handled and stored in a secure and responsible manner
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, including the interior and exterior
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and ability to use a handheld device to track deliveries
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to various locations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a courier or delivery role
• Knowledge of local traffic patterns and routes
• Ability to speak multiple languages
• Experience with GPS navigation systems
• Certification in first aid and CPR

Work Environment:

• Work will be performed in a variety of settings, including outdoors and in vehicles
• May be required to work in inclement weather conditions
• May be required to work long hours or irregular schedules, including evenings and weekends
