Delete all emails from one sender outlook

To delete all emails from a specific sender in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the "Delete" button

  1. Open Outlook and go to the folder where you want to delete the emails (e.g., Inbox, Sent Items, etc.).
  2. Click on the "View" tab in the ribbon.
  3. In the "View" tab, click on the "Show Categories" button and select "From" from the dropdown menu.
  4. This will group your emails by sender. Find the sender you want to delete emails from and click on the "Delete" button at the top of the folder.
  5. Confirm that you want to delete the emails by clicking "Yes" in the pop-up dialog box.

Method 2: Using the "Quick Steps" feature

  1. Open Outlook and go to the folder where you want to delete the emails (e.g., Inbox, Sent Items, etc.).
  2. Click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on the "Quick Steps" button in the "Move" group.
  4. Click on "Create a New Quick Step" and give it a name (e.g., "Delete emails from [Sender's Name]").
  5. In the "Edit Quick Step" window, select "Delete" as the action.
  6. In the "Delete" window, select "From" as the condition and enter the sender's email address in the "From" field.
  7. Click "OK" to save the Quick Step.
  8. To delete the emails, select the folder where you want to delete the emails and click on the "Delete" button at the top of the folder.
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the emails by clicking "Yes" in the pop-up dialog box.

Method 3: Using a search filter

  1. Open Outlook and go to the folder where you want to delete the emails (e.g., Inbox, Sent Items, etc.).
  2. Click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on the "Search Folders" button in the "Find" group.
  4. In the "Search Folders" window, click on "New Search Folder".
  5. In the "Create a New Search Folder" window, select "Custom" as the search folder type.
  6. In the "Search" window, enter the sender's email address in the "From" field.
  7. Click "OK" to save the search folder.
  8. To delete the emails, select the search folder and click on the "Delete" button at the top of the folder.
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the emails by clicking "Yes" in the pop-up dialog box.
