To set up your Duke email account on your iPhone 13, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your iPhone's Settings app.
  2. Tap on "Accounts & Passwords" (or "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" on older iOS versions).
  3. Tap on "Add Account".
  4. Select "Other" (since Duke's email service is not listed).
  5. Choose "IMAP" as the account type.
  6. Enter the following information:
    • Name: Your name (e.g., John Doe)
    • Address: Your Duke email address (e.g., [email protected])
    • Password: Your Duke email password
    • Description: A brief description of your account (optional)
  7. Tap "Next" to continue.
  8. Enter the following IMAP settings:
    • Host Name: imap.duke.edu

    • Use SSL: Enabled
