Exchange email outlook
Here are the steps to exchange emails in Outlook:
Method 1: Using the "To" field
- Open Outlook and compose a new email by clicking on the "New Email" button in the Home tab.
- In the "To" field, type the email address of the person you want to exchange emails with.
- Press the "Tab" key or click on the "To" field again to move to the next field.
- Type the subject of the email in the "Subject" field.
- Write your email message in the main body of the email.
- Click on the "Send" button to send the email.
Method 2: Using the "CC" field
- Open Outlook and compose a new email by clicking on the "New Email" button in the Home tab.
- In the "To" field, type the email address of the person you want to exchange emails with.
- In the "CC" field, type the email address of the person you want to CC (carbon copy) on the email.
- Press the "Tab" key or click on the "CC" field again to move to the next field.
- Type the subject of the email in the "Subject" field.
- Write your email message in the main body of the email.
- Click on the "Send" button to send the email.
Method 3: Using the "BCC" field
- Open Outlook and compose a new email by clicking on the "New Email" button in the Home tab.
- In the "To" field, type the email address of the person you want to exchange emails with.
- In the "BCC" field, type the email address of the person you want to BCC (blind carbon copy) on the email.
- Press the "Tab" key or click on the "BCC" field again to move to the next field.
- Type the subject of the email in the "Subject" field.
- Write your email message in the main body of the email.
- Click on the "Send" button to send the email.
Note: When you use the "BCC" field, the recipient's email address will not be visible to the other recipients of the email.
