Finding quarantined emails in outlook account
In Outlook, quarantined emails are typically stored in the "Junk Email" folder. Here's how to find them:
Method 1: Check the Junk Email folder
- Open Outlook and navigate to the "Junk Email" folder. You can do this by clicking on the "Home" tab in the ribbon and then clicking on "Junk" > "Junk Email".
- In the Junk Email folder, you'll see a list of emails that have been flagged as spam or junk.
- You can sort the emails by date, sender, or subject to help you find the quarantined emails you're looking for.
Method 2: Use the "Quarantine" folder (if available)
Some Outlook accounts may have a separate "Quarantine" folder where quarantined emails are stored. To check for this folder:
- Open Outlook and navigate to the "Inbox" folder.
- Click on the "View" tab in the ribbon and then click on "View Settings".
- In the "View Settings" window, click on the "Folder" tab.
- Look for the "Quarantine" folder in the list of folders. If it's available, you can click on it to view the quarantined emails.
Method 3: Use the "Search" function
If you're having trouble finding the quarantined emails using the above methods, you can try using the "Search" function in Outlook:
- Open Outlook and click on the "Search" button in the ribbon.
- In the "Search" window, type "quarantined" or "junk" in the search box.
- Click on the "Search" button to search for emails that contain the word "quarantined" or "junk".
- Outlook will display a list of emails that match your search criteria. You can then sort the results by date, sender, or subject to find the quarantined emails you're looking for.
