Finding quarantined emails in outlook account

In Outlook, quarantined emails are typically stored in the "Junk Email" folder. Here's how to find them:

Method 1: Check the Junk Email folder

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the "Junk Email" folder. You can do this by clicking on the "Home" tab in the ribbon and then clicking on "Junk" > "Junk Email".
  2. In the Junk Email folder, you'll see a list of emails that have been flagged as spam or junk.
  3. You can sort the emails by date, sender, or subject to help you find the quarantined emails you're looking for.

Method 2: Use the "Quarantine" folder (if available)

Some Outlook accounts may have a separate "Quarantine" folder where quarantined emails are stored. To check for this folder:

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the "Inbox" folder.
  2. Click on the "View" tab in the ribbon and then click on "View Settings".
  3. In the "View Settings" window, click on the "Folder" tab.
  4. Look for the "Quarantine" folder in the list of folders. If it's available, you can click on it to view the quarantined emails.

Method 3: Use the "Search" function

If you're having trouble finding the quarantined emails using the above methods, you can try using the "Search" function in Outlook:

  1. Open Outlook and click on the "Search" button in the ribbon.
  2. In the "Search" window, type "quarantined" or "junk" in the search box.
  3. Click on the "Search" button to search for emails that contain the word "quarantined" or "junk".
  4. Outlook will display a list of emails that match your search criteria. You can then sort the results by date, sender, or subject to find the quarantined emails you're looking for.
