Step 1: Add a new email account

  1. Open Outlook 2010 and click on "File" in the top left corner.
  2. Click on "Add Account" and then select "Manual setup or additional server types".

Step 2: Enter your account settings

  1. In the "User Information" section, enter your name and email address.
  2. In the "Server Information" section, select "POP" or "IMAP" as the account type. For Gmail, IMAP is recommended.
