Gmail inbox and all mail

In Gmail, you can switch between your Inbox and All Mail views using the following methods:

Method 1: Using the Navigation Menu

1. Log in to your Gmail account.
2. Click on the three horizontal lines () in the top left corner of the page to open the navigation menu.
3. Click on "Inbox" or "All Mail" from the dropdown menu.

Method 2: Using the Quick Links

Method 3: Using the Keyboard Shortcut

3. Press the "a" key on your keyboard to switch to the All Mail view.

What's the difference between Inbox and All Mail?

• Inbox: This view shows only the emails that are marked as "unread" or have been recently updated. It's a curated view of your most important emails.
• All Mail: This view shows all emails in your Gmail account, including read and unread emails, as well as emails that are archived or in the trash. It's a comprehensive view of all your emails.
