Step 1: Enable POP3 in Gmail

  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
  3. Scroll down to the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.
  4. Select the "Enable POP" option.
  5. Choose whether you want to allow POP access for all users or just yourself.
  6. Click "Save Changes."

Step 2: Set up Outlook to use POP3

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
  2. Select "Account Settings" and then click on "Account Settings" again.
  3. Click on "New" to create a new email account.
