Gmail schedule send mail
Gmail allows you to schedule sending emails in advance using a feature called "Scheduled Send". Here's how to do it:
Method 1: Using the Gmail Web Interface
- Compose a new email as you normally would.
- Click on the three vertical dots at the bottom of the compose window.
- Select "Schedule send" from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the date and time you want the email to be sent.
- Click "Schedule" to confirm.
Method 2: Using the Gmail Mobile App
- Open the Gmail app on your mobile device.
- Compose a new email as you normally would.
- Tap the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the compose window.
- Select "Schedule send" from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the date and time you want the email to be sent.
- Tap "Schedule" to confirm.
Method 3: Using a Third-Party Browser Extension
There are several browser extensions available that allow you to schedule sending emails in Gmail. Some popular options include:
- Boomerang: A popular browser extension that allows you to schedule sending emails, as well as remind you about important emails and more.
- Sanebox: A browser extension that allows you to schedule sending emails, as well as filter out unwanted emails and more.
- FollowUp.cc: A browser extension that allows you to schedule sending emails, as well as track the delivery and read status of your emails.
To use a third-party browser extension, simply install it from the Chrome Web Store or Firefox Add-ons, and then follow the extension's instructions to schedule sending your email.
Note: Scheduled sends are only available for emails that are sent to recipients who are also Gmail users. If you try to schedule an email to be sent to a non-Gmail user, you will receive an error message.
