Hotmail attachment size limit 2017

According to Microsoft's official documentation, the attachment size limit for Hotmail (now known as Outlook.com) in 2017 was:

• 10 MB (megabytes) for attachments sent to other Outlook.com users
• 20 MB for attachments sent to non-Outlook.com users (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
