Hotmail ports for outlook
Hotmail was acquired by Microsoft in 2012 and was eventually merged with Outlook.com. As a result, Hotmail users can access their accounts using Outlook.com and the Outlook app. Here are the ports and settings you may need to configure to access Hotmail using Outlook:
Outlook.com (Web-based)
- Server: outlook.com
- Port: 443 (SSL/TLS)
- Protocol: IMAP or POP3
- Username: Your Hotmail email address
- Password: Your Hotmail password
Outlook App (Mobile and Desktop)
- Server: outlook.com
- Port: 993 (SSL/TLS) for IMAP or 995 (SSL/TLS) for POP3
- Protocol: IMAP or POP3
- Username: Your Hotmail email address
- Password: Your Hotmail password
IMAP Settings
- Server: outlook.com
- Port: 993
- Protocol: IMAP

POP3 Settings

Note that you may need to configure additional settings depending on your device or email client. It's also important to ensure that your Hotmail account is set up to allow less secure apps to access your account, as some email clients may not work properly without this setting enabled.
