Hotmail signature editor
The Hotmail signature editor! Unfortunately, Hotmail is no longer a popular email service, as it was replaced by Outlook.com in 2013. However, I can still provide you with some information on how to edit your signature in Hotmail, in case you're still using it.
Editing your Hotmail signature:
- Log in to your Hotmail account.
- Click on the gear icon () in the top right corner of the page.
- Select "View all Outlook settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the "Compose" section.
- Click on the "Signature" button.
- In the "Signature" window, you can edit the text, add images, and format your signature as desired.
- Click "Save" to save your changes.
Tips:
- You can use HTML code to customize your signature, but be careful not to overdo it, as it may affect the readability of your email.
- You can also add a photo or logo to your signature by clicking on the "Insert photo" button.
- If you want to add a link to your signature, you can do so by clicking on the "Insert link" button.
Alternative:
If you're no longer using Hotmail, you can still edit your signature in Outlook.com or other email services like Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or AOL Mail. The process is similar, but the interface may vary slightly.
