How check royal mail parcels

There are several ways to track and check on the status of Royal Mail parcels:

  1. Royal Mail Tracking: You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website by entering your tracking number. You can find your tracking number on the dispatch note or in the email confirmation you received from Royal Mail.
    • Go to www.royalmail.com
    • Click on "Track a parcel" at the top of the page
    • Enter your tracking number and click "Track"
  2. Royal Mail App: You can also track your parcel using the Royal Mail app, available for both iOS and Android devices.
    • Download the Royal Mail app from the App Store or Google Play
    • Sign in with your Royal Mail account or create a new one
    • Enter your tracking number and click "Track"
  3. Royal Mail Online Account: If you have a Royal Mail online account, you can log in and track your parcels from your account dashboard.
    • Go to www.royalmail.com
    • Click on "My Royal Mail" at the top of the page
    • Sign in with your email and password
    • Click on "Track and manage" and select the parcel you want to track
  4. Phone: You can also contact Royal Mail customer service to track your parcel over the phone.
    • Call Royal Mail customer service on 03457 740 740 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm)
    • Provide your tracking number and the customer service representative will be able to track your parcel for you
  5. In-Store: You can also track your parcel at a Royal Mail post office or a participating retailer.
    • Take your dispatch note and tracking number to a Royal Mail post office or participating retailer
    • Show the staff your tracking number and they will be able to track your parcel for you
