How do i mark spam in apple mail

To mark an email as spam in Apple Mail, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Apple Mail and select the email you want to mark as spam.
  2. Click on the "Mark" menu at the top of the screen and select "Mark as Junk Mail" from the drop-down menu.
  3. Alternatively, you can also use the keyboard shortcut "Command + Shift + J" to mark the email as spam.
  4. If you want to mark multiple emails as spam at once, select them all by holding down the "Command" key while clicking on each email, then right-click (or control-click) on one of the selected emails and select "Mark as Junk Mail" from the context menu.

Once you've marked an email as spam, it will be moved to the "Junk" mailbox in Apple Mail, where you can review it and decide whether to delete it or move it to another mailbox.

Note: If you're using macOS High Sierra or later, you can also use the "Mark as Junk Mail" button in the toolbar at the top of the Apple Mail window.
