How do i release mail from project
To release mail from a project in Microsoft Project, you can follow these steps:
- Open your Microsoft Project file.
- Go to the "View" tab in the ribbon.
- Click on "Resource Sheet" in the "Resource" group.
- In the Resource Sheet view, select the resource (e.g. a team member) that has the mail you want to release.
- In the "Resource Information" section, click on the "Mail" button.
- In the "Mail" dialog box, select the mail you want to release from the list of available mail.
- Click on the "Release" button to release the mail.
Alternatively, you can also release mail from the "Task" view:
- Open your Microsoft Project file.
- Go to the "View" tab in the ribbon.
- Click on "Task" in the "Task" group.
- In the Task view, select the task that has the mail you want to release.
- In the "Task Information" section, click on the "Mail" button.
- In the "Mail" dialog box, select the mail you want to release from the list of available mail.
- Click on the "Release" button to release the mail.
Note: Make sure that the resource or task has mail assigned to it before you can release it.
