How do i release mail from project

To release mail from a project in Microsoft Project, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open your Microsoft Project file.
  2. Go to the "View" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on "Resource Sheet" in the "Resource" group.
  4. In the Resource Sheet view, select the resource (e.g. a team member) that has the mail you want to release.
  5. In the "Resource Information" section, click on the "Mail" button.
  6. In the "Mail" dialog box, select the mail you want to release from the list of available mail.
  7. Click on the "Release" button to release the mail.

Alternatively, you can also release mail from the "Task" view:
