How to access archived emails in mac mail

To access archived emails in Mac Mail, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Mac Mail on your Mac.
  2. Click on the "Mail" menu at the top of the screen and select "Preferences" (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + comma).
  3. In the Preferences window, click on the "Accounts" tab.
  4. Select the email account you want to access archived emails for from the list of accounts on the left side of the window.
  5. Click on the "Advanced" tab.
  6. Scroll down to the "Archived Mail" section.
  7. Click on the "Show Archive" button to toggle it on. This will allow you to access your archived emails.
