How to auto forward mail in outlook 2007

To auto-forward mail in Outlook 2007, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook 2007 and go to the "Tools" menu.
  2. Click on "Account Settings" and then select "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu.
  3. In the "Account Settings" window, select the email account you want to forward mail from and click on "Edit" at the bottom of the window.
  4. In the "Change E-mail Account" window, click on the "More Settings" button.
  5. In the "Internet E-mail Settings" window, click on the "Advanced" tab.
  6. In the "Advanced" tab, scroll down to the "Delivery" section and check the box next to "Leave a copy of messages on the server".
  7. Click on the "OK" button to close the "Internet E-mail Settings" window.
  8. In the "Change E-mail Account" window, click on the "OK" button to close the window.
  9. In the "Account Settings" window, click on the "New" button to create a new email account.
  10. In the "Add New E-mail Account" window, select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click on "Next".
  11. In the "Server Information" window, select "POP3" as the server type and enter the email address and password of the account you want to forward mail to.
  12. Click on the "Next" button to continue.
  13. In the "Account Options" window, select the "Leave a copy of messages on the server" option and click on the "Next" button.
  14. In the "Finish" window, click on the "Finish" button to complete the setup.

Once you have set up the auto-forwarding, any new emails sent to the original email address will be automatically forwarded to the new email address.

Note: Make sure that the email account you are forwarding from has sufficient storage space to hold the forwarded emails. Also, be aware that auto-forwarding may not work if the email account has a large number of emails or if the email account is set up to delete emails after a certain period of time.
