How to bank statement in mail of hdfc account
To receive your HDFC bank statement in the mail, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Through NetBanking
- Log in to your HDFC NetBanking account using your username and password.
- Click on the "Services" tab and then select "Statement" from the drop-down menu.
- Choose the account type (Savings, Current, etc.) and the statement period (e.g., monthly, quarterly, etc.).
- Click on "Generate Statement" and select the option "Print/Email/Post" as "Post".
- Confirm your request and the statement will be mailed to your registered address.
Method 2: Through Mobile Banking
- Download and install the HDFC Mobile Banking app on your smartphone.
- Log in to the app using your username and password.
- Tap on the "Services" tab and then select "Statement" from the drop-down menu.
- Choose the account type and the statement period.
- Tap on "Generate Statement" and select the option "Post" as the delivery method.
- Confirm your request and the statement will be mailed to your registered address.
Method 3: Through Branch Visit
- Visit your nearest HDFC bank branch.
- Inform the bank staff that you want to receive your statement by post.
- Provide your account number and other required details.
- The bank staff will update your account settings to receive statements by post.
Note:
- Make sure your registered address is updated with the bank to ensure that your statement is mailed to the correct address.
- It may take 7-10 working days for the statement to be mailed to your address.
