To block a sender in BigPond Mail, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "Junk Email" feature
- Log in to your BigPond Mail account.
- Click on the "Junk Email" tab on the top navigation bar.
- Click on "Mark as Junk" next to the email from the sender you want to block.
- Click "OK" to confirm.
- The sender's email address will be added to your "Blocked Senders" list.
Method 2: Using the "Blocked Senders" feature
- Log in to your BigPond Mail account.
- Click on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear) on the top right corner of the page.
- Click on "Blocked Senders" from the drop-down menu.
- Click on "Add a sender" and enter the email address of the sender you want to block.
- Click "Add" to add the sender to your "Blocked Senders" list.
