How to block an e mail address on outlook

To block an email address in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using Outlook's built-in feature

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
  2. Click on the "Junk" button in the "Move" group.
  3. Select "Junk Email Options" from the dropdown menu.
  4. In the "Junk Email Options" window, click on the "Safe Senders" tab.
  5. Click on the "Add" button.
  6. Enter the email address you want to block in the "Enter an email address or IP address" field.
  7. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Method 2: Using Outlook's "Block" feature

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
