To create a bulleted list in Gmail, you can use the following methods:
Method 1: Using the "•" symbol
- Compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
- Type a space and then type the "•" symbol (•) followed by a space.
- Type your first bullet point, and then press Enter to create a new line.
- Repeat step 2 and 3 for each additional bullet point.

Method 2: Using the "Format text" menu
- Compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
- Select the text you want to convert to a bulleted list.
