To change the frequency of mail checks on your iPhone, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the Mail app
- Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
- Tap on the "Mailboxes" tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on the mailbox you want to change the frequency for (e.g., "Inbox", "Sent", etc.).
- Tap on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear) in the top right corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to the "Fetch New Data" section.
- Tap on "Fetch New Data" to toggle it on.
- Choose the frequency you want to use:
- "Manually" will only check for new mail when you open the Mail app.

- "1 hour" will check for new mail every hour.
