To change the frequency of mail checks on your iPhone, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Mail app

  1. Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap on the "Mailboxes" tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap on the mailbox you want to change the frequency for (e.g., "Inbox", "Sent", etc.).
  4. Tap on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear) in the top right corner of the screen.
  5. Scroll down to the "Fetch New Data" section.
  6. Tap on "Fetch New Data" to toggle it on.
  7. Choose the frequency you want to use:
