How to change junk mail name in outlook

The never-ending battle against junk mail! In Outlook, you can change the name associated with junk mail by following these steps:

Method 1: Using the Junk Email Options

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
  2. Click on the "Junk" button in the "Move" group.
  3. Select "Junk Email Options" from the dropdown menu.
  4. In the "Junk Email Options" window, click on the "Safe Senders" tab.
  5. Click on the "Add" button next to "Safe Senders" or "Safe Recipients".
  6. Enter the name you want to associate with the junk mail in the "Enter an email address or name" field.
  7. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Method 2: Using the Outlook Rules

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
  2. Click on the "Rules" button in the "Move" group.
  3. Select "Manage Rules & Alerts" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on "New Rule" and select "Start from a blank rule".
  5. Choose "Move messages from someone to the specified folder" and click "Next".
  6. Enter the name you want to associate with the junk mail in the "From person" field.
