How to change outlook mail period
To change the period in Outlook mail, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "Format Text" option
- Open your Outlook email and select the text you want to change the period for.
- Right-click on the selected text and choose "Format Text" from the context menu.
- In the "Format Text" dialog box, click on the "Font" tab.
- In the "Font" tab, click on the "Period" dropdown menu and select the period you want to use (e.g. "•", "․", etc.).
- Click "OK" to apply the changes.
Method 2: Using the "Insert" menu
- Open your Outlook email and select the text you want to change the period for.
- Go to the "Insert" menu and click on "Symbol" (or press "Alt + 0149" on Windows or "Option + 8" on Mac).
- In the "Symbol" dialog box, scroll down to the "Punctuation" section and select the period you want to use (e.g. "•", "․", etc.).
- Click "Insert" to insert the selected period into your text.
- Repeat steps 2-4 to insert multiple periods.
Method 3: Using the "Character Map" utility (Windows only)
- Open the "Character Map" utility on your Windows computer (you can search for it in the Start menu).
- In the "Character Map" window, scroll down to the "Punctuation" section and select the period you want to use (e.g. "•", "․", etc.).
- Click on the "Copy" button to copy the selected period to the clipboard.
- Open your Outlook email and select the text you want to change the period for.

Note: The above methods may not work if you are using a non-standard font or if the period is not available in the font you are using.
