How to change signaure on outlook mail
To change your signature in Outlook, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Change signature for a single email
- Open Outlook and compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
- Click on the "Insert" tab in the ribbon.
- Click on "Signature" in the "Include" group.
- In the "Signature" dialog box, you can edit the text, add images, or change the font.

Method 2: Change signature for all new emails
