How to create a group in windows live mail

A blast from the past! Windows Live Mail is an older email client, but I'll still help you with creating a group. Here's how:

Method 1: Create a new group from the "Contacts" folder

  1. Open Windows Live Mail and go to the "Contacts" folder.
  2. Click on the "New Contact Group" button in the toolbar or press Ctrl+Shift+G.
  3. Enter a name for your group in the "Group name" field.
  4. Click "Add" to add contacts to the group. You can select multiple contacts by holding the Ctrl key while clicking on their names.
  5. Click "OK" to save the group.

Method 2: Create a new group from the "Compose" window

  1. Open Windows Live Mail and click on the "Compose" button to start a new email.
  2. In the "To" field, click on the "Address Book" button.
  3. Select "New Contact Group" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Enter a name for your group in the "Group name" field.
  5. Click "Add" to add contacts to the group. You can select multiple contacts by holding the Ctrl key while clicking on their names.
  6. Click "OK" to save the group.

Method 3: Create a new group from the "Mail" window

  1. Open Windows Live Mail and go to the "Mail" window.
  2. Click on the "Tools" menu and select "Contact Groups".
  3. Click on the "New" button to create a new group.
  4. Enter a name for your group in the "Group name" field.
  5. Click "Add" to add contacts to the group. You can select multiple contacts by holding the Ctrl key while clicking on their names.
  6. Click "OK" to save the group.

Once you've created a group, you can easily send emails to all members of the group by selecting the group from the "To" field in the "Compose" window.
