How to create undisclosed recipients in apple mail
The art of sending secret emails!
To create undisclosed recipients in Apple Mail, you can use the "BCC" (Blind Carbon Copy) field. Here's how:
- Open Apple Mail and compose a new email.
- In the "To" field, enter the email addresses of the people you want to send the email to, separated by commas.
- Click on the "BCC" field, which is usually located below the "To" field.
- Enter the email addresses of the undisclosed recipients in the "BCC" field, separated by commas. These addresses will not be visible to the other recipients.
- Click "Send" to send the email.
Note: When you use the "BCC" field, the email will still be sent to all the recipients, but their email addresses will not be visible to each other.
Alternatively, you can also use the "BCC" field by right-clicking (or control-clicking) on the "To" field and selecting "BCC" from the context menu.
Tips:
- Make sure to enter the email addresses correctly, as any typos will result in the email being sent to the wrong recipients.
- Be cautious when using the "BCC" field, as it can be used to send spam or unwanted emails.
- If you need to send an email to a large number of recipients, you may want to consider using a mailing list or a email marketing service instead of using the "BCC" field.
