How to delete a mail which accidently send

The frustration of accidentally sending an email! Don't worry, I'm here to help. Here are the steps to delete an email that was sent accidentally:

Method 1: If the recipient hasn't opened the email

  1. Log in to your email account on the web or on your device.
  2. Go to the "Sent" folder or "Outbox" (depending on your email provider).
  3. Find the email you want to delete and click on it.
  4. Look for a "Delete" or "Remove" button. Click on it to delete the email.
  5. Confirm that you want to delete the email by clicking "Yes" or "OK".

Method 2: If the recipient has opened the email

  1. Log in to your email account on the web or on your device.
  2. Go to the "Sent" folder or "Outbox" (depending on your email provider).
  3. Find the email you want to delete and click on it.
  4. Look for a "Reply" or "Reply All" button. Click on it to open the email in a new window.
  5. Click on the "Edit" or "Reply" button to open the email in edit mode.
  6. Delete the contents of the email by clicking on the "Delete" key or by selecting all the text and pressing the "Delete" key.
  7. Click "Send" to send a blank email to the recipient. This will overwrite the original email.
  8. Go back to the "Sent" folder and delete the original email.
