How to delete all mail at one time

To delete all emails at once, the process varies depending on the email provider or client you're using. Here are some common methods:

Gmail

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Check the box at the top left corner of the page to select all emails.
  4. Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu and select "Select all conversations".
  5. Click on the "Trash" button to delete all selected emails.

Outlook

  1. Log in to your Outlook account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" folder.
  3. Press "Ctrl+A" to select all emails in the folder.
