How to delete all mails in gmail of particular person
To delete all emails from a particular person in Gmail, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "Search" function
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the search bar at the top of the page.
- Type the following search query:
from:[email protected]
(replace[email protected]
with the email address of the person you want to delete emails from). - Press Enter to execute the search.
- In the search results, check the box at the top left corner of the page to select all emails.
- Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu and select "Delete forever".
Method 2: Using the "Labels" feature
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Labels" tab on the left side of the page.
- Click on the "New label" button.
- Enter a label name, such as "Delete" or "Spam".
- Click on the "Apply" button.
- Go back to your inbox and search for emails from the person you want to delete emails from.
- Check the box at the top left corner of the page to select all emails.
- Click on the "More" menu and select "Apply label".
- Select the label you created in step 4.
- Click on the "Apply" button.
- Go back to the "Labels" tab and click on the "Delete" button next to the label you created.

- Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab on the left side of the page.
- Click on the "Create a new filter" button.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to delete emails from in the "From" field.
- Click on the "Create filter" button.
- Select the "Apply the label" option and choose a label, such as "Delete" or "Spam".
- Click on the "Create" button.
- Go back to your inbox and search for emails from the person you want to delete emails from.
- Check the box at the top left corner of the page to select all emails.
- Click on the "More" menu and select "Apply label".
- Select the label you created in step 6.
- Click on the "Apply" button.
- Go back to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab and click on the "Delete" button next to the filter you created.
- Confirm that you want to delete the filter and all associated emails.
Note: Before deleting emails, make sure you have backed up your Gmail account or exported the emails to a different account, in case you need to recover them later.
