How to delete all mails in once

The joys of cleaning out your inbox!

To delete all emails in one go, you can follow these steps:

Gmail:

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Click on the "Select all conversations in the current search results" checkbox at the top left corner of the page.
  4. Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu and select "Delete forever".
  5. Confirm that you want to delete all selected conversations by clicking "OK" in the pop-up dialog box.

Outlook:

  1. Log in to your Outlook account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" folder.
  3. Press "Ctrl+A" to select all emails in the folder.
  4. Right-click on the selected emails and choose "Delete" from the context menu.
  5. Confirm that you want to delete all selected emails by clicking "OK" in the pop-up dialog box.

Yahoo Mail:

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Click on the "Select all" checkbox at the top left corner of the page.
  4. Click on the "Delete" button at the top of the page.
  5. Confirm that you want to delete all selected emails by clicking "OK" in the pop-up dialog box.

Other email providers:

The steps may vary slightly depending on your email provider. However, the general process is usually the same:

  1. Select all emails in the inbox folder.
  2. Right-click on the selected emails and choose "Delete" from the context menu.
  3. Confirm that you want to delete all selected emails.

Remember to be cautious when deleting multiple emails at once, as it's easy to accidentally delete important messages. Make sure to review the emails you're about to delete to ensure you're not getting rid of anything important.
