How to delete gmail saved mail id
To delete a saved mail ID in Gmail, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Delete a saved mail ID from the "Contacts" page
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Contacts" icon () in the top navigation bar.
- Click on the "More" menu (three vertical dots) next to the contact you want to delete.
- Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm that you want to delete the contact by clicking "Delete" in the pop-up window.
Method 2: Delete a saved mail ID from the "Compose" window
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Compose" button to start a new email.
- In the "To" field, start typing the email address of the contact you want to delete.
- As you type, Gmail will suggest contacts from your saved contacts list. If the contact you want to delete appears in the suggestions list, click on it to select it.
- Click on the "More" menu (three vertical dots) next to the contact's name.
- Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm that you want to delete the contact by clicking "Delete" in the pop-up window.
