How to delete imported mails in gmail

To delete imported emails in Gmail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Delete individual imported emails

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Find the imported email you want to delete and click on the checkbox next to it.
  4. Click on the "More" menu and select "Mark as read" or "Mark as spam" (depending on your preference).
  5. Alternatively, you can also click on the three vertical dots next to the email and select "Delete" or "Move to trash".

Method 2: Delete all imported emails at once

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Click on the "More" menu and select "Show search options".
  4. In the search bar, type is:imported and press Enter.
  5. This will show you all the imported emails in your inbox.
  6. Select all the imported emails by checking the box at the top left corner of the page.
  7. Click on the "More" menu and select "Delete forever" or "Move to trash".

Method 3: Use filters to delete imported emails

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon and select "See all settings".
