How to delete imported mails in gmail
To delete imported emails in Gmail, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Delete individual imported emails
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Inbox" tab.
- Find the imported email you want to delete and click on the checkbox next to it.
- Click on the "More" menu and select "Mark as read" or "Mark as spam" (depending on your preference).
- Alternatively, you can also click on the three vertical dots next to the email and select "Delete" or "Move to trash".
Method 2: Delete all imported emails at once
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Inbox" tab.
- Click on the "More" menu and select "Show search options".
- In the search bar, type
is:imported
and press Enter. - This will show you all the imported emails in your inbox.
- Select all the imported emails by checking the box at the top left corner of the page.
- Click on the "More" menu and select "Delete forever" or "Move to trash".
Method 3: Use filters to delete imported emails
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the gear icon and select "See all settings".
- Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
- Click on "Create a new filter".
- In the "From" field, type
