How to delete sent mail from receiver& 39

I think there may be a bit of confusion here!

When you send an email, it's not possible to delete the email from the receiver's inbox. Once you've sent an email, it's out of your control and in the hands of the recipient.

However, if you're looking to delete a sent email from your own sent folder, here are the general steps:

For Gmail:

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Click on the "More" menu at the top of the page.
  4. Select "Sent mail" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Find the email you want to delete and check the box next to it.
  6. Click on the "Trash" button at the top of the page.

For Outlook:

  1. Log in to your Outlook account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Click on the "Sent Items" folder.
  4. Find the email you want to delete and right-click on it.
  5. Select "Delete" from the context menu.

For Yahoo Mail:

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Click on the "Sent" folder.
  4. Find the email you want to delete and check the box next to it.
  5. Click on the "Trash" button at the top of the page.

For other email providers:

The steps may vary depending on the email provider you're using. You can usually find the sent folder by clicking on the "Inbox" tab and then looking for a "Sent" or "Sent Items" folder. From there, you can follow the same steps as above to delete the email.

Remember that once you delete an email from your sent folder, it's gone forever!
