To delete a mail in Gmail, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Delete a single email
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Open the email you want to delete.
- Click on the "Trash" icon () at the top of the email.
- Confirm that you want to delete the email by clicking "OK" in the pop-up window.
Method 2: Delete multiple emails
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Open the Gmail inbox.
- Check the boxes next to the emails you want to delete.
- Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu at the top of the page.
- Select "Delete forever" from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm that you want to delete the selected emails by clicking "OK" in the pop-up window.
Method 3: Delete all emails in a conversation
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Open the Gmail inbox.
- Find the conversation you want to delete.
- Click on the "More" menu at the top of the conversation.
- Select "Delete conversation" from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm that you want to delete the conversation by clicking "OK" in the pop-up window.
Method 4: Delete all emails in the trash

- Check the boxes next to the emails you want to delete permanently.

- Select "Empty trash forever" from the dropdown menu.

Note: When you delete an email, it will be moved to the "Trash" folder. If you want to permanently delete an email, you need to empty the trash folder.
