How to enter batch mail in outlook contacts

To enter a batch of contacts in Outlook, you can use the "Import/Export" feature to import a CSV file or a vCard file (.vcf) containing the contact information. Here's how:

Method 1: Importing a CSV file

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Contacts" folder.
  2. Click on the "File" menu and select "Open & Export" > "Import/Export".
  3. In the "Import/Export" window, select "Import from another program or file" and then click "Next".
  4. Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" as the file type and click "Next".
  5. Browse to the location of your CSV file and select it.
  6. Click "Next" and then "Finish" to start the import process.
  7. In the "Import Contacts" window, select the contact fields that match the columns in your CSV file. You can also map the columns to specific fields in Outlook.
  8. Click "Import" to import the contacts.
